In Sovereign Navy we are educators first. While we have FCs with years of experience, we believe that wars are won by pilots who engage their brain before they engage their weapon. To this end, we have a leadership system that promotes training and educating pilots on everything from making ISK in Eve as a combat pilot, to successful bombing runs. Ultimately, we realize the game is played for fun, and so the majority of our training is on-the-fly, remedial, or fleet-based. We are not an academy - you won\'t find classrooms or pencils here - but our training format is based on practical application. If you\'re looking to start from the basics, hoping to refine your techniques, or just looking to fly with a solid group of pilots, you might be what we\'re looking for.

Our leadership structure is hierarchical. We believe that the highest mark of a leader is in their ability to grow leadership in their subordinates. With that in mind, we have engendered a leadership structure with specific roles and duties, promoting high growth potential, and allowing many opportunities to gain that coveted experience commanding fleets. Our structure is designed to grow as we grow, so that more opportunities present themselves as we get bigger. Also, unlike many corporations, leadership in Sovereign Navy is a paying job, based on a percentage of our revenue. It pays to foster activity and ISK earnings in others.

Part of the roles of every tier of leadership in Sovereign Navy is to promote regular, scheduled opportunities for activity. Whether is is through roams, training/skirmishes, or inter-corporation tournaments, nothing in Eve is of more benefit to all than an active corporation. While we do regularly clear out inactives from our member list, we make exceptions for those who communicate with us. Real life will always come first.

Requirements:
\u263c Applicants must provide an API and undergo an interview process. Interviews will be conducted via either Skype or TS. (Information for TS will be provided prior to the interview)

\u263c While we would prefer a minimum of 10 million skillpoints, we are willing to make exceptions based on the skills currently trained, the interview, and the overall impression of the interviewers. However, in many cases, a skill plan will be provided that must be completed within a timely manner.
\u263c Skype, Evemon and EFT are highly recommended, but not required.
